I called True Force in on a warranty issue from the previous owner. Dalton came out that same day and put a patch on the suspected leak spot as rain was incoming. They came back in just a couple of days with Kevin Scott, Dalton and two more guys and fixed everything. We are beyond pleased.

We have a metal roof and recently it developed a leak. I tried two other roofers, one of the roofers told me they couldn’t help and recommended the other roofer to me. Because the second roofer is located in Ocala, they scheduled to give it a look in mid March. I found True Force Roofing on google map. Its technician came right away, examined the roof, and told me the good news, one screw is missing. The technician told me they will replace the missing screw for FREE. Believe it or not, FREE! I highly recommend True Force Roofing to anyone, because they provide prompt and courteous service 😊

I needed to replace my old roof for new insurance coverage. Matt with true force made sure I understood the process of replacing the roof and acquiring the necessary permits to become insurance compliant. In addition to installing a very nice metal roof on house, they also did so while working around a tight financial schedule that I presented to them. Overall very satisfied!

I'm eager to share my exceptional experience with True Force Roofing Company! From the initial meeting with Christy and Dave Goga, who provided a meticulously organized quote complete with photos and detailed descriptions of all materials, to the swift and impeccable work done by the crew, every aspect exceeded my expectations. The cleanup afterward left everything spotless, and the roof looks fantastic. Additionally, I opted to have gutters installed, but noticed a minor aesthetic issue afterward. Because of the slope of the gutters I could see the gutters screens that were aluminum and rest of the roof was black. Upon contacting them, they promptly returned, spray painted the gutter screens black to match the roof at no extra cost. Overall, I'm thoroughly impressed and grateful. I received their recommendation from a friend, and I'll certainly pass it along to others.

I recently hired True Force to replace my old asphalt roof with a new metal one. My decision was driven by difficulties in obtaining insurance coverage due to the roof's age and a minor leak at the seam adjoining the porch awning. Matt from True Force stood out during the bidding process. He conducted a professional assessment and provided a detailed, well-illustrated quote - a level of detail that no other bidder offered. Matt was the only bidder to look inside the attic. What really set True Force apart was their willingness to accommodate a specific request of mine - working with me on installing a new bathroom vent, something no other bidder facilitated like they did. Their quote was neither the cheapest nor the most expensive, striking a fair balance between cost and quality, which gave me peace of mind. They completed all the work on my small house in just one day. I did have to follow up about the roof vent installation, but True Force handled everything professionally and resolved the matter to my satisfaction. Big props to Dave and crew at True Force. Had water staining on my ceiling under chimney, but was unsure if from a current leak or a prior leak. We were considering removal of the chimney if there was a leak. True Force was quick to make an appointment. Dave was super friendly and super honest. He inspected the roof/chimney, with no issues identified. Looked in the attic with no leak found. Honestly told us that everything was ok. I feel confident that other roofers would have gladly told me how much the job was going to cost instead of the fact it wasn’t necessary.

Team Goga A handsome man and his beautiful wife came to my home to fix a leak. Both were very professional and were a joy to work with. Answered all my questions and fixed the problem quickly. They even took a moment to pet our donkey. Was a joy to see a husband and wife work together and had I been by myself would have made me very comfortable. I had called so many companies about my leak and they only wanted me to replace my roof and not just fix the leak. Will definitely make this company my go to for any roofing work.

I had a concern with a few shingles on my roof. I called True Force and they sent out Matt. Matt was friendly and professional. He hopped up on the roof and took a look at the areas in question. He was able to repair the shingles. He even took a look in the attic to make sure there were no leaks from loose shingles. I would recommend Matt and True Force Roofing in a heartbeat.

Andrew at True force roofing went above and beyond his job duties helping me get quotes to remove and reinstall my solar panels, he even nudged the company that originally put them on for me to get a faster quote when they originally told me it would take 6 weeks just for a panel removal estimate!! A great roofing experience! Starting with Matt, who listened to my wants and needs and gave me a few options to choose from. Decided to go with black metal. He was patient with the followup while i got (7) other estimates. Kevin was the project manager and was very kind and helpful. Even helped on a minor repair that was found during the job. Then, Jose and his crew was extremely knowledgeable and efficient at what is a pretty complicated roof job. They handled it with such ease that it was actually enjoyable to watch such pros at work. I will HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who asks. My only regret is that I didn't contact them for my gutters.

The roof was put on the house we were buying. We had some issues with nails being left on the site and causing tires on a vehicle to have to be replaced. True force made this right by refunding us the money that it cost to replace the tires.

I was part of an HOA who interviewed five top roofing companies in our community extensively before selecting True Force Roofing as the preferred vendor. I was to act as liaison between the HOA, the roofer and the tenants of 17 townhomes that were scheduled to receive a new roof. From the very start True Force exhibited exceptional integrity in their work ethic and behavior. During the course of approximately 60 days, while experiencing two hurricanes in our community and rainy season during all of September, True Force performed remarkably well with a minimum of issues. When a problem did arise, owner Derek King and his management team (Andrew Carter and Dalton Perry) were quick to respond not only with a well-thought-out plan but immediate action to solve any issues as quickly and efficiently as possible. I’ve never worked with a vendor that was so responsive and easy to work with, and as a bonus, their prices were highly competitive.

I have skylights and was awarded a grant for the roof replacement so it experience with those was important to me- both of which they shared early on they had experience with. The sales team, office staff, amd superintendent communicated very well, answered my questions, and were efficient. Axel, the super, went above and beyond when I found some minor drywall damage by the skylights; he didn’t hesitate to get materials and coordinated with me quickly to repair it himself. Can’t recommend them enough!

We hired True Force Roofing to re-screw our metal roof prior to the hurricanes, so our job was delayed, which is understandable. Once everything was coordinated the crew showed up on time and the job site was left clean. There were a few minor issues that Darrell Perry was made aware and they were prompt in responding and correcting. From the estimate to the final clean-up, all the True Force representatives were polite, helpful and transparent. My roof had a quirky problem with skylights, but Garrett made a lot of calls to get a good price and Chris Hamilton, our site manager, did an excellent job of installation. Chris was wonderful at keeping me informed and educated as to the “whys” and “hows” of each step as the roof replacement proceeded. He and his crew were knowledgeable and efficient, and they left things neater than they found them. True Force is True to its name. They just did a complete roof make over in July. When Hurricane Helena hit Florida True Force was here the next day checking on any damage. Unfortunately some debris flew up and put a hole in my roof. They patched it for the moment and within 2 weeks my roof was repaired. Very professional and dependable. Thank you True Force.

This is my first new roof, Ive never lived anywhere long enough. I contacted Christy & Dave (TeamGoga) on a recommendation from a friend. Both were extremely nice and easy to speak with and we arranged an appt. for a quote. After examining our roof they let us know what to anticipate if we decided to go forward with the bid. They emailed our bid and it was a very acceptable, we had been putting this off anticipating the cost of a new roof. Everything arrived the morning of and I then got to meet Axle and his roofing crew. Axle and his crew worked endlessly until dark, when they had finally finished. Axle then met with me the next day to make sure that everything was completely cleaned up and that we were happy with the end result. Everyone involved (beginning to end) was so nice and extremely hard working. We couldn't be any happier with our new roof, it looks fantastic!! I wish we hadn't put this off so long!! True Force Roofing did an excellent job at a fair price. Tropical storm force wind & rain from two hurricanes did no damage to my new roof. The first hurricane was about 2 weeks after the roof was completed. A true test on the quality of their work.

We were grateful to find Kevin with True Force roofing and their very respectful and polite employees. Through this tough storm season we knew we needed gutters and I'm glad we found them. Scheduling was a breeze and even though Helene came on our install day and we had to postpone they fit us right in the following week. A 1900 sq. Ft house done in less than 6 hours. That's impressive. I got several quotes and theirs was the most bang for my buck! The lead even placed some peices of my soffit back that came down in the storm for me. Call them, you won't regret it.

I recently requested help after Hurricane Helene damaged the roof of a 95 year old lady. A branch went through her roof and it collapsed her roof during the hurricane. True Force Roofing responded to my request and within a few days, they removed the branch and debris on her roof and tarped it so that it would not incur further damage from additional rains. They sent me a video of how they cleared off the roof, cut branches and tarped the roof. They did this after working a stressful and strenuous FULL day out in the hot sun helping others. True Force Roofing is an honest, dependable and reliable company. They did my roof on my barn a couple of years ago and did a great job. They even had helpers with magnet sticks walking around the barn to pick up any nails that fell on the ground. I honestly don't have enough words to thank them for helping! "It takes a village". I truly cannot say enough good things about Derek King and True Force Roofing!! My brother passed away at 21 right after he built his first home, mostly by himself with his own 2 hands, he was so proud of it, so it means so much to us now that he is gone. Well hurricane Helene didn’t hold back on it, and tore half of the roof off of his little home that his daughter and wife still live in. I live 12 hours away and couldn’t do much from here; we were completely lost on what we were going to do to get it fixed back up. I posted some devastating pictures of it on my Facebook this morning, and Derek immediately reached out to me to figure out how he could help. I know he was already so busy, he was in Valdosta patching and tarping roofs all morning; the house was over an hour and a half away from where he was, and down 30 minutes of dirt roads. I felt so bad he had to drive so far, and take a few different ways to get there, but he was more than happy to do it. He didn’t just throw a tarp over the roof either, which we would have been more than grateful for just that, but he went above and beyond to fix the roof up as much as possible before the tarp went on. I didn’t even think it was possible with the amount of damage to tarp it up that well, but Derek worked some magic. Honestly, I have never seen a tarped up little house look so beautiful!! I am still just so blown away at the incredible act of kindness, and the wonderful job they did. This company is full of heart and talent and I couldn’t recommend them enough!!

The quality of the work was spot on, but there were some communication issues with the estimator. They led us to believe they knew what we’re asking for. They in fact did not understand. You shouldn’t just nod your head in agreement when you don’t know what the homeowner is asking for.

True Force Roofing recently replaced our roof and installed our gutters back in July. After the recent storms, we noticed a leak in between our new roof and our screen porch. All I had to do was send one text message, I had a response within an hour that the Production Manager would reach out in a couple days and it would be handled. It was literally two days, and the seam between our porch and the roof was fixed. They were very apologetic that we even had an issue at all. It has truly been top notch customer service every single time!

I was part of an HOA who interviewed five top roofing companies in our community extensively before selecting True Force Roofing as the preferred vendor. I was to act as liaison between the HOA, the roofer and the tenants of 17 townhomes that were scheduled to receive a new roof. From the very start True Force exhibited exceptional integrity in their work ethic and behavior. During the course of approximately 60 days, while experiencing two hurricanes in our community and rainy season during all of September, True Force performed remarkably well with a minimum of issues. When a problem did arise, owner Derek King and his management team (Andrew Carter and Dalton Perry) were quick to respond not only with a well-thought-out plan but immediate action to solve any issues as quickly and efficiently as possible. I’ve never worked with a vendor that was so responsive and easy to work with, and as a bonus, their prices were highly competitive.

We hired True Force Roofing to re-screw our metal roof prior to the hurricanes, so our job was delayed, which is understandable. Once everything was coordinated the crew showed up on time and the job site was left clean. There were a few minor issues that Darrell Perry was made aware and they were prompt in responding and correcting. We were very satisfied with our choice of roofing company and would highly recommend.

Had damage from hurricane Helene. Contacted True Force about it (since they did my roof replacement). They were out quickly for an estimate. And the repairs were started a few weeks later. Gerry and Carlos the persons assigned to the job were fantastic according to my wife. They were very courteous and professional the whole time. Looking at the completed job it looks like there was never any damage. They did a fantastic job. Big kudos to them and the company. Thanks.

The first phone call to True Force was to set up an appointment and then hiring them was a pleasure! The first person I met was Garrett who came out to give me my estimate, he was extremely knowledgeable and very patient with me in answering all my questions! Garrett help me choose my roof! The next phase was meeting CJ and his crew that were installing the roof! I can't say enough about CJ and how patient he was with me and all my questions and I had a lot! The crew worked hard and cleaned everything up when finished! The roof looks fantastic I couldn't be happier! Also a shout out to all the office personnel that took my calls! Excellent communication from beginning to end. Besides the roof, I had them rebuild the chimney box using Hardie Board. Despite some logistical and weather snafus, the project was completed successfully well within expectations with the final county inspection a few days later. Roofing can be a messy business but their crew performed a thorough clean up around the house. They even caulked and primed the chimney box! A job well done!

I used TFR for a roof replacement and for some repairs. They have always been quick to respond and the quality of their work is outstanding. Would definitely use again.

Garrett was our first point of contact as their sales representative. He stepped up and answered all of our questions quite thoroughly. Dalton was our site supervisor, and he really made certain that we were happy with all aspects of the work that their crew provided. They take great pride in their work and they don’t stop until their customers are completely satisfied. We highly recommend!

Axel and his crew did a great job - roof looks great and everything cleaned up. Appreciated Chazz installing the gutter guards. And True Force includes the wind mitigation inspection/report which is needed for the insurance company. Thanks!
