We hired True Force Roofing to replace our roof after hurricane damage in October. They did a great job and we were very happy dealing with Chris Hamilton, who oversaw the work. They finished the roof in four days and cleaned up everything nicely. The only reason I rated them 4 stars instead of 5 was the lengthy delay between signing the contract/making 50% payment, and True Force actually doing the work. We paid them and signed contract on Nov. 25th but they did not start the work till Jan. 13th. Otherwise, they did a great job.

Recently had True Force do repairs on rotten trim on our SECOND story. Chazz was a gentleman very polite. He let us know when they were done discussed all the steps of repair as well as material ordered but did not need. He stated we would get an updated invoice with the adjustments. My husband and I invited him in to discuss all he was so sweet he took his shoes off to come in. Now that shows respect. The other two gentlemen we didn't talk with but They Got the Job Done. Blew off debris and cleaned up. Chazz may be young but he seems responsible and is a huge asset to TRUE FORCE. THANK YOU. Replaced roof after damage from a storm. They were out the next day to do inspection, ended up doing great work and communicated very well. Highly recommend

We hired True Force to do our metal roof about 2.5 years ago. It was pricy but we are not planning on moving so the quality of the work was worth the price for us. Plus, we have a large and steep roof with different transitions so to was going to be expensive no matter where we went. Amazingly there were areas that were not hurricane rated and other places that were not well done, so all of that was addressed before the estimate, so there were no surprises. My husband knows about roofing and a lot of the terms. He paid attention and there was no deception, so they earned our trust right away. The process was easy, and the professionalism was outstanding! And right after they were done, we had a hurricane, so I was so grateful! And my insurance discount with the hurricane rating helped a lot! We have had several storms and a few hurricanes since. I called for an issue right after one hurricane and they were going to try to get out that day. I explained it was not urgent, so it could wait. They were still out within a few days. And the issues were addressed right away with zero issue. When it came time for the gutters and downspouts, there was no one else to consider. And it looks beautiful. It ties the gutters into the new paint perfectly. I, 100%, would recommend True Force Roofing.

= Update Dec 2024 = Our roof was damaged during hurricane Helene, and we're grateful to all the TrueForce team members that helped us through this situation. Matt Scott went up right away to get a temporary patch in place so we'd be ready for hurricane Milton a week later. Chris Hamilton directed the team that did the majority of our roof replacement and kept us informed throughout. When a shingle supplier damaged our driveway, Chris spoke to them on our behalf to get it fixed. Matthew and Carlos from the spec ops team came out to help with some finishing touches in a particularly difficult area, reviewed some of the other work for quality control, and added a protective seal to some fascia to prevent future water damage. Everyone from True Force was very professional and made it clear that they stand behind their work. Our new roof looks great. We're confident that it will hold up through many hurricanes to come, and that True Force will be there for us if there are any problems. = Original review June 2024 = We’re very happy with how Keith, Carlos, and Christian handled our roof repair on June 12. Of course we were nervous about a roof repair. It helped so much that Keith Diaz kept us informed every step of the way. He clearly explained the approach they were taking, assured us that they wouldn’t be taking any shortcuts, and especially let us know about any issues that might affect the cost. Keith also took time to answer questions about how to take care of our roof going forward. The entire team clearly knew what they were doing and worked hard throughout the project. We were especially impressed with how they handled safety. This job required climbing on a very steep first story roof to reach the damage on a second story roof. They were able to quickly anchor some boards to our steep roof, allowing them to walk around safely and even setup a ladder. None of this damaged our shingles, and they cleaned it all up when the job was completed. The final results look great, and we’re confident in the quality of the repair. We’ll definitely be calling True Force and asking for Keith’s team again for our next roofing job.

I felt the need to update my review: Two weeks after submitting the final payment (confirmed via receipt and successful withdrawal from my bank the following day), I received a text from the owner threatening a lien on my home! He did not check his own records before hitting me with this threat, instead, he just assumed we had not paid. After sending proof of payment, he responded admitting he “spoke out of turn”. All in all, the experience was very poor, to say the least. The salesman was wonderful. Hence why we referred him to a neighbor (which became a successful job for them), however we didn’t receive so much as a “Thank You” from any of the True Force employees. The work wasn’t TERRIBLE… On the second day of work, the workers arrived and were on my roof before 5:30am! To some that might be convenient, but to someone who had to be to work that day, I was not planning on being up with barking dogs that early in the morning. After work was completed, I pointed out that all of the drip edge on the entire house was uneven, they came out to replace it, scratching a ton of paint off my fascia, and leaving gaps at MOST of the joints, and did not clean them up after themselves after the replacement and still left some pieces uneven (they are still uneven to this day). Approximately two weeks after the replacement, I was contacted by the owner requesting payment. I advised him that I was not only was waiting for a response in regards to the uneven drip edge, but I would have to still wait for the insurance company to send the final check. He then proceeded to tell me that he’s going to have to “re-train his salesman” because they typically don’t accept jobs being paid through insurance because they don’t like to wait that long for the final payment. This seemed extremely inappropriate. After reviewing the final invoice with my insurance adjuster, I noticed that we were charged for the removal and disposal of an unused antenna. The antenna broke off during the storm that took place the week after the quote was made, and it (as well as the mounting bracket) is still here. In the two months after the work was completed (if you can call it that) We ended up with four nails in our tires. I spoke with the Uncle of the owner and expressed my concerns, as well as forwarded him photos of the drip edges, tire repair receipts, and photos of the antenna…. We received a whopping $68 off the final invoice (more than half of that was what we were being charged for the antenna). I honestly expected better customer service from a fellow Veteran.

It was my choice to go with the lesser amount of leaf guard initially. The estimate was exactly as it should be, and nothing extra was hidden. Nothing was damaged or moved on my roof/soffit during installation. Everything was neat and clean during installation. The gutters are aligned and exactly as they should be, as are the leaf guards. I had gotten some special long extensions to put on the bottom of the downspouts, and they even put those on so everything was ready to go. Could not have asked for happier employees either--they not only knew what they were doing, but they were happy doing it. I went to them because (reviews and ) I saw one of their trucks stopped and helping someone by the side of the road who had a problem with their trailer (they helped the person avoid an accident by doing so). Any company that encourages their employees to stop and help others is a company I want to give my business to, and it also shows in the people who come to your home to work. They aren't rushed out the door. They focus on quality.

I went to them because (reviews and ) I saw one of their trucks stopped and helping someone by the side of the road who had a problem with their trailer (they helped the person avoid an accident by doing so). Any company that encourages their employees to stop and help others is a company I want to give my business to, and it also shows in the people who come to your home to work. They aren't rushed out the door. They focus on quality.

Excellent communication from beginning to end. Besides the roof, I had them rebuild the chimney box using Hardie Board. Despite some logistical and weather snafus, the project was completed successfully well within expectations with the final county inspection a few days later. Roofing can be a messy business but their crew performed a thorough clean up around the house. They even caulked and primed the chimney box! A job well done!

True Force Roofing recently replaced our roof and installed our gutters back in July. After the recent storms, we noticed a leak in between our new roof and our screen porch. All I had to do was send one text message, I had a response within an hour that the Production Manager would reach out in a couple days and it would be handled. We hired True Force Roofing to re-screw our metal roof prior to the hurricanes, so our job was delayed, which is understandable. Once everything was coordinated the crew showed up on time and the job site was left clean. There were a few minor issues that Darrell Perry was made aware and they were prompt in responding and correcting. We were very satisfied with our choice of roofing company and would highly recommend.

The workmen were very courteous as they repaired my roof within one day. They did an excellent job and even went beyond my expectations to eliminate leaves. This was the second job they have done for me with excellence. Bear in mind they are extremely busy, The job took about two weeks to begin. I was in no hurry.

I had a great experience from start to finish with True Force. I have skylights and was awarded a grant for the roof replacement so it experience with those was important to me- both of which they shared early on they had experience with. The sales team, office staff, amd superintendent communicated very well, answered my questions, and were efficient. Axel, the super, went above and beyond when I found some minor drywall damage by the skylights; he didn’t hesitate to get materials and coordinated with me quickly to repair it himself. From the estimate to the final clean-up, all the True Force representatives were polite, helpful and transparent. My roof had a quirky problem with skylights, but Garrett made a lot of calls to get a good price and Chris Hamilton, our site manager, did an excellent job of installation. True Force is True to its name. They just did a complete roof make over in July. When Hurricane Helena hit Florida True Force was here the next day checking on any damage. Unfortunately some debris flew up and put a hole in my roof. They patched it for the moment and within 2 weeks my roof was repaired. Very professional and dependable. Thank you True Force.

This is my first new roof, Ive never lived anywhere long enough. I contacted Christy & Dave (TeamGoga) on a recommendation from a friend. Both were extremely nice and easy to speak with and we arranged an appt. for a quote. After examining our roof they let us know what to anticipate if we decided to go forward with the bid. They emailed our bid and it was a very acceptable, we had been putting this off anticipating the cost of a new roof. Everything arrived the morning of and I then got to meet Axle and his roofing crew. Axle and his crew worked endlessly until dark, when they had finally finished. Axle then met with me the next day to make sure that everything was completely cleaned up and that we were happy with the end result. We were grateful to find Kevin with True Force roofing and their very respectful and polite employees. Through this tough storm season we knew we needed gutters and I'm glad we found them. Scheduling was a breeze and even though Helene came on our install day and we had to postpone they fit us right in the following week. A 1900 sq. Ft house done in less than 6 hours. That's impressive. I got several quotes and theirs was the most bang for my buck! The lead even placed some peices of my soffit back that came down in the storm for me. I recently requested help after Hurricane Helene damaged the roof of a 95 year old lady. A branch went through her roof and it collapsed her roof during the hurricane. True Force Roofing responded to my request and within a few days, they removed the branch and debris on her roof and tarped it so that it would not incur further damage from additional rains. They sent me a video of how they cleared off the roof, cut branches and tarped the roof. They did this after working a stressful and strenuous FULL day out in the hot sun helping others. True Force Roofing is an honest, dependable and reliable company. They did my roof on my barn a couple of years ago and did a great job. They even had helpers with magnet sticks walking around the barn to pick up any nails that fell on the ground. I honestly don't have enough words to thank them for helping! "It takes a village". I truly cannot say enough good things about Derek King and True Force Roofing!! My brother passed away at 21 right after he built his first home, mostly by himself with his own 2 hands, he was so proud of it, so it means so much to us now that he is gone. Well hurricane Helene didn’t hold back on it, and tore half of the roof off of his little home that his daughter and wife still live in. I live 12 hours away and couldn’t do much from here; we were completely lost on what we were going to do to get it fixed back up. I posted some devastating pictures of it on my Facebook this morning, and Derek immediately reached out to me to figure out how he could help. I know he was already so busy, he was in Valdosta patching and tarping roofs all morning; the house was over an hour and a half away from where he was, and down 30 minutes of dirt roads. I felt so bad he had to drive so far, and take a few different ways to get there, but he was more than happy to do it. He didn’t just throw a tarp over the roof either, which we would have been more than grateful for just that, but he went above and beyond to fix the roof up as much as possible before the tarp went on. I didn’t even think it was possible with the amount of damage to tarp it up that well, but Derek worked some magic. Honestly, I have never seen a tarped up little house look so beautiful!! I am still just so blown away at the incredible act of kindness, and the wonderful job they did. This company is full of heart and talent and I couldn’t recommend them enough!!

The quality of the work was spot on, but there were some communication issues with the estimator. They led us to believe they knew what we’re asking for. They in fact did not understand. You shouldn’t just nod your head in agreement when you don’t know what the homeowner is asking for.

We have a metal roof and recently it developed a leak. I tried two other roofers, one of the roofers told me they couldn’t help and recommended the other roofer to me. I'm eager to share my exceptional experience with True Force Roofing Company! From the initial meeting with Christy and Dave Goga, who provided a meticulously organized quote complete with photos and detailed descriptions of all materials, to the swift and impeccable work done by the crew, every aspect exceeded my expectations. The cleanup afterward left everything spotless, and the roof looks fantastic. Additionally, I opted to have gutters installed, but noticed a minor aesthetic issue afterward. Because of the slope of the gutters I could see the gutters screens that were aluminum and rest of the roof was black. Upon contacting them, they promptly returned, spray painted the gutter screens black to match the roof at no extra cost. Overall, I'm thoroughly impressed and grateful. I received their recommendation from a friend, and I'll certainly pass it along to others.

I recently hired True Force to replace my old asphalt roof with a new metal one. My decision was driven by difficulties in obtaining insurance coverage due to the roof's age and a minor leak at the seam adjoining the porch awning. Big props to Dave and crew at True Force. Had water staining on my ceiling under chimney, but was unsure if from a current leak or a prior leak. We were considering removal of the chimney if there was a leak. True Force was quick to make an appointment. Dave was super friendly and super honest. He inspected the roof/chimney, with no issues identified. Looked in the attic with no leak found. Honestly told us that everything was ok. I feel confident that other roofers would have gladly told me how much the job was going to cost instead of the fact it wasn’t necessary.

Team Goga A handsome man and his beautiful wife came to my home to fix a leak. Both were very professional and were a joy to work with. Answered all my questions and fixed the problem quickly. They even took a moment to pet our donkey. Was a joy to see a husband and wife work together and had I been by myself would have made me very comfortable. I had called so many companies about my leak and they only wanted me to replace my roof and not just fix the leak. Will definitely make this company my go to for any roofing work.

I had a concern with a few shingles on my roof. I called True Force and they sent out Matt. Matt was friendly and professional. He hopped up on the roof and took a look at the areas in question. He was able to repair the shingles. He even took a look in the attic to make sure there were no leaks from loose shingles. I would recommend Matt and True Force Roofing in a heartbeat.

Andrew at True force roofing went above and beyond his job duties helping me get quotes to remove and reinstall my solar panels, he even nudged the company that originally put them on for me to get a faster quote when they originally told me it would take 6 weeks just for a panel removal estimate!! All of the True Force Roofing employees were polite, communicative, and punctual. They gave reminders and updates on arrivals, thorough estimates and answered all my questions in detail and without condescending tones. I found True Force to be approachable, professional, and trust worthy. They are an outstanding roofing company with INTEGRITY. A great roofing experience! Starting with Matt, who listened to my wants and needs and gave me a few options to choose from. Decided to go with black metal. He was patient with the followup while i got (7) other estimates. Kevin was the project manager and was very kind and helpful. Even helped on a minor repair that was found during the job. Then, Jose and his crew was extremely knowledgeable and efficient at what is a pretty complicated roof job. They handled it with such ease that it was actually enjoyable to watch such pros at work. I will HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who asks. My only regret is that I didn't contact them for my gutters.

The roof was put on the house we were buying. We had some issues with nails being left on the site and causing tires on a vehicle to have to be replaced. True force made this right by refunding us the money that it cost to replace the tires.
