At True Force Roofing, we believe in using our tools, time, and trade skills to create a lasting impact. That’s why we’ve partnered with Alachua Habitat for Humanity for Operation Unite the Trades—a collaborative mission bringing together roofing contractors, electricians, plumbers, HVAC specialists, suppliers, and more to donate labor, materials, and support to help build homes for families in need.

Lot Donation Guidelines

If you're thinking about donating a piece of land, thank you — it can help build a home and change a life. 

Lot Size

For smaller homes (like our Destin model), the lot should be at least 65 feet wide by 75 feet deep.
For larger homes (like our Lilac model), we need at least 76 feet wide by 98 feet deep.

Zoned for Housing

The land must be zoned for residential use and work for single-family construction.

Cleared is Better

If the lot is already cleared (or mostly cleared), that’s helpful — but not a dealbreaker.

Affordable Areas Welcome

Land in areas with lower property taxes is preferred, but not required to be inside city limits or have city services.

Good Location Perks

Bonus points if the lot is near schools, public transportation, or community services — that helps the future homeowners thrive.
