Residential Roofing

Installation, Replacement, Repair, and Maintenance
We're GAF Master Elite certified, which means we've met standards only three percent of roofing contractors nationwide can meet, and we have to requalify every year to keep the certification. What that gets you as a homeowner is access to GAF's strongest warranties on qualifying installs, including the Silver Pledge and System Plus limited warranties you won't find from uncertified contractors.
We work with every residential roofing material in the Florida market: asphalt shingles, metal panels, tile, stone-coated steel, and low-slope systems. No job is too small, no home too complicated.

The True Force Process
A good roofing job starts long before the first shingle comes off. Here's how we work:
- Complimentary inspection. We walk your roof, document the condition, and photograph everything. You get a detailed report whether you hire us or not.
- Clear written estimate. No vague line items, no surprise add-ons. Every material, every step, every cost.
- Permit and insurance coordination. We handle paperwork with your local permitting office, plus any adjuster communication if insurance is involved.
- Property protection. Landscape, windows, AC units, and pool enclosures get covered or protected before any tear-off starts.
- Daily updates. You know what's happening on your roof every day the crew is on site.
- Thorough cleanup. Magnet sweeps for stray nails, full debris removal, and a final walkthrough together before we leave.
- Warranty documentation. Everything filed, in writing, in your hands.
Why Regular Roof Maintenance Matters
Roofs don't fail all at once. They fail over years, in ways most homeowners never notice until the damage is already done. A twenty-minute annual inspection catches small issues while they're still cheap to fix.
- Energy efficiency. A properly sealed and ventilated roof keeps conditioned air where it belongs and your power bill lower.
- Structural protection. Catching soft decking, failing flashing, or lifted shingles early prevents damage to the framing underneath.
- Water damage prevention. Small leaks become big ones fast in Florida humidity. Early detection saves interior repairs.
- Curb appeal and resale value. A well-maintained roof is one of the first things buyers and appraisers evaluate.
- Confidence during storm season. You shouldn't have to wonder if your roof is going to hold. An inspection gives you a real answer.
We recommend having your roof inspected at least once a year, and after any major storm event. Inspections from True Force Roofing are always free.
