Matt and the True Force crew really helped us out following extensive roof damage on our home from hurricane Helene. They quickly tarped the roof to prevent further water damage and promptly reroofed our house and replaced all the damaged soffit and gutters. Excellent job!

Recently had True Force do repairs on rotten trim on our SECOND story. Chazz was a gentleman very polite. He let us know when they were done discussed all the steps of repair as well as material ordered but did not need. He stated we would get an updated invoice with the adjustments. My husband and I invited him in to discuss all he was so sweet he took his shoes off to come in. Now that shows respect. The other two gentlemen we didn't talk with but They Got the Job Done. Blew off debris and cleaned up. Chazz may be young but he seems responsible and is a huge asset to TRUE FORCE. THANK YOU. Also...Justin Odum did an excellent job giving us a detail estimate very polite and always followed up with us. We will recommend your company to others.

I felt the need to update my review: Two weeks after submitting the final payment (confirmed via receipt and successful withdrawal from my bank the following day), I received a text from the owner threatening a lien on my home! He did not check his own records before hitting me with this threat, instead, he just assumed we had not paid. After sending proof of payment, he responded admitting he “spoke out of turn”. All in all, the experience was very poor, to say the least. The salesman was wonderful. Hence why we referred him to a neighbor (which became a successful job for them), however we didn’t receive so much as a “Thank You” from any of the True Force employees. The work wasn’t TERRIBLE… On the second day of work, the workers arrived and were on my roof before 5:30am! To some that might be convenient, but to someone who had to be to work that day, I was not planning on being up with barking dogs that early in the morning. After work was completed, I pointed out that all of the drip edge on the entire house was uneven, they came out to replace it, scratching a ton of paint off my fascia, and leaving gaps at MOST of the joints, and did not clean them up after themselves after the replacement and still left some pieces uneven (they are still uneven to this day). Approximately two weeks after the replacement, I was contacted by the owner requesting payment. I advised him that I was not only was waiting for a response in regards to the uneven drip edge, but I would have to still wait for the insurance company to send the final check. He then proceeded to tell me that he’s going to have to “re-train his salesman” because they typically don’t accept jobs being paid through insurance because they don’t like to wait that long for the final payment. This seemed extremely inappropriate. After reviewing the final invoice with my insurance adjuster, I noticed that we were charged for the removal and disposal of an unused antenna. The antenna broke off during the storm that took place the week after the quote was made, and it (as well as the mounting bracket) is still here. In the two months after the work was completed (if you can call it that) We ended up with four nails in our tires. I spoke with the Uncle of the owner and expressed my concerns, as well as forwarded him photos of the drip edges, tire repair receipts, and photos of the antenna…. We received a whopping $68 off the final invoice (more than half of that was what we were being charged for the antenna). I honestly expected better customer service from a fellow Veteran.

We hired True Force to do our metal roof about 2.5 years ago. It was pricy but we are not planning on moving so the quality of the work was worth the price for us. Plus, we have a large and steep roof with different transitions so to was going to be expensive no matter where we went. Amazingly there were areas that were not hurricane rated and other places that were not well done, so all of that was addressed before the estimate, so there were no surprises. My husband knows about roofing and a lot of the terms. He paid attention and there was no deception, so they earned our trust right away. The process was easy, and the professionalism was outstanding! And right after they were done, we had a hurricane, so I was so grateful! And my insurance discount with the hurricane rating helped a lot! We have had several storms and a few hurricanes since. I called for an issue right after one hurricane and they were going to try to get out that day. I explained it was not urgent, so it could wait. They were still out within a few days. And the issues were addressed right away with zero issue. When it came time for the gutters and downspouts, there was no one else to consider. And it looks beautiful. It ties the gutters into the new paint perfectly. I, 100%, would recommend True Force Roofing.

= Update Dec 2024 = Our roof was damaged during hurricane Helene, and we're grateful to all the TrueForce team members that helped us through this situation. Matt Scott went up right away to get a temporary patch in place so we'd be ready for hurricane Milton a week later. Chris Hamilton directed the team that did the majority of our roof replacement and kept us informed throughout. When a shingle supplier damaged our driveway, Chris spoke to them on our behalf to get it fixed. Matthew and Carlos from the spec ops team came out to help with some finishing touches in a particularly difficult area, reviewed some of the other work for quality control, and added a protective seal to some fascia to prevent future water damage. Everyone from True Force was very professional and made it clear that they stand behind their work. Our new roof looks great. We're confident that it will hold up through many hurricanes to come, and that True Force will be there for us if there are any problems. = Original review June 2024 = We’re very happy with how Keith, Carlos, and Christian handled our roof repair on June 12. Of course we were nervous about a roof repair. It helped so much that Keith Diaz kept us informed every step of the way. He clearly explained the approach they were taking, assured us that they wouldn’t be taking any shortcuts, and especially let us know about any issues that might affect the cost. Keith also took time to answer questions about how to take care of our roof going forward. The entire team clearly knew what they were doing and worked hard throughout the project. We were especially impressed with how they handled safety. This job required climbing on a very steep first story roof to reach the damage on a second story roof. They were able to quickly anchor some boards to our steep roof, allowing them to walk around safely and even setup a ladder. None of this damaged our shingles, and they cleaned it all up when the job was completed. The final results look great, and we’re confident in the quality of the repair. We’ll definitely be calling True Force and asking for Keith’s team again for our next roofing job.
